The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Operations Manager, International based out of our National Center office located in Dallas, TX! This position can be remote but must live near a major airport.
Responsible for analyzing International sales and pipeline to identify barriers to sale closure and productivity improvements. Responsible for consulting with International Regional Directors and Managers on individual’s sales achievement to goals and recommend sales process improvements or training. Also, responsible for coordinating contract documentation and closure, sales competency training and regular sales and training productivity reporting.
Work with Finance and Global Operations to ensure consistent reliable accuracy of our revenue reporting and then analyze International sales data to provide regional or geographic sales status and achievement to goal. Identifies trends and barriers to sale closure and communicates with international staff to consult on distribution or sales process best practices and improvements. Provides analysis to management on international team productivity and recommends changes to meet the needs of the staff
Captures, reports, and monitors training center activities to review operational success, prepares consistent reports for comparative analysis. Recommends customer service support and response to increase or enhance existing relationships
Develops, oversees, and manages sales process and policies. Develops workflows for processes such as the use of CRM and ensuring data needed by senior leaders for international market development is accessible. Makes recommendations based on analysis for market penetration. Assists with Legal agreement process flow to ensure timely completion of AHA International business contracts
Develops process, identifies assumptions and prepares documentation to build forecasts with senior management and Finance from work orders by region and product
Schedules and coordinates sales and product training to AHA International staff. Ensures that there is a consistent level of knowledge and skill appropriate for each team member’ s role/responsibility
Provides regular (monthly, quarterly, annually) reports and updates to senior leaders on international accounts, along with challenges and opportunities with each account and team member involved. Provides quality service to internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding AHA Guiding Values
Acts as liaison between field and internal resources to facilitate distributor interactions (including distributor contracts, rebates, etc.). Provides sales documentation support, customer service during and after sale closure and communicates changes in sales process, goal setting, or related operations. Works with Global Operations to monitor inventories and ensure that no back-orders exist

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, related area or equivalent work experience
Five (5) years of experience in sales and understanding of sales process including advanced analysis and problem-solving
Five (5) years of project management experience including the ability to prioritize work assignments, meet multiple deadlines and handle several large projects concurrently
Five (5) years of experience monitoring and reviewing budget documentation
Demonstrated ability to think critically; ability to be flexible and adaptable while responding to the changing business environment and demands, as well as anticipate and influence change; strong attention to detail and ability to look at results from a variety of dimensions
Excellent written and oral communications.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to travel up to 25% local and overnight stay
Bi-lingual, languages such as Arabic, Chinese helpful
Extensive knowledge of and experience with the American Heart Association National/Regional structures; volunteers; and AHA National ECC Programs, policies and procedures
Ability to service internal and external customers and anticipate their needs
